WCW to return - ncrdbl1 - 04-03-2015 04:58 PM

Looks as if the WWE big wigs will revive the WCW as it's own product and as a separate organization. With Sting heading up the organization. Has me wondering if the WWE fears what may be serious legal issues having to do with guidance WWE officials gave to investors last year during the TV negotiations. Could spreading assets into a separate corporation be a way to protect assets in case of legal set backs.

There are a lot of brands being rebooted right now in the "entertainment entertainment" world; sports entertainment was surely bound to catch up.

If WWE were anticipating serious legal issues, funneling money into a subsidiary won't really help with that. If a WWE subsidiary was having problems, starving the troubled subsidiary and starting a new one is a way to get around that.

That is the most likely scenario. Then again we heard that Nikki Bella was out due to shin issues and when she return the swelling in her shins had gotten so bad that it spread up to her chest.

just heard something totally different...and makes sense.

Some folks are saying she is preggers...some are saying that the WWE physician that CM Punk slighted (telling everyone that the WWE doc almost killed him with a misdiagnosis) suing her husband CM Punk played a large part in her retiring.
By calling it a retirement...she can go somewhere else and wrestle...without having to worry about the WWE's "No Compete" clause.

The whole things sucks really bad, and that is a monster understatement. CM Punk and AJ Lee were my 2 favorite modern day stars, and they (right at thier peaks) are practically finished with the WWE beyond a few future videos and mock appearances.

I blame the ego of HHH for ALL of this. Punk has been very clear that it is HHH who he had a problem with.

He's gonna burn enough people to where Vince will have to have enough. Not everyone they hire will be a loyal puppy dog like a John Cena or Randy Orton.
