This year Joey is 18-67 (27.5%), a career worst from the free throw line. Funny but he shoots twice as well 55% from the field. Dwight Howard has been tutoring him.

It's proven effective and can't be more embarrassing than historic futility, can it?
If the embarrassment of missing so much isn't motivation enough, the prospect of becoming too much of a liability to have on the court should be.

I've been pondering the locked knees off and on.
All I could come up with was....Lock your knees and the move is repeatable from the waist down?
For awhile there, JJ got to the maximum spread of his legs when he was making 'em....I didn't get that stance either.
