The indoor practice facility is almost done. The new press box will be finished in time for the first home game.

The press box used to be just the space between the two concrete pillars.

Are suites going to be included in this??? Luxury boxes are a good thing for raising money.

I believe there are 20 suites at something like $40K each and lots of new "box" seats that include access to the new club inside the box. The revenue from the expansion should go a LONG ways towards providing COA. The number of suites and boxes might be off a little as they made changes with revenue in mind. It is somewhere in the neighborhood of 5 times the size of the old pressbox if memory serves me.
The next expansion will hopefully start after this season that will include some new seating and a sort of terrace area with concessions in the north endzone. It will also include a new football operations complex to replace the one in the south endzone. The current complex will be used by other athletic programs most likely and also continue to be utilized for gameday seating.

Suites as Crump mentioned are part of it. One issue we had is the suites sold so well they had to keep redesigning to add more.
Also there will be club seats ($2k per seat, 7 year commitment) that are nearly sold out.
In front of the press box there will be loge boxes (four seats for $4k a year, 7 year agreement) that are outdoors. Purchasers will have access to the free food in the stadium club and booze available for purchase. They tripled the planned number because they sold so well.
