Misinformation tends to float around.

I have to say that 2013-2014 will be the thing that saves CJP's job into next year. There's just enough there - combined with AN's season-ending injury - to keep him here through next year. The 2013-2014 record I really thought was a signal that CJP had improved. Turns out that it was simply having a really good, experienced backcourt with Joe, Crawford, Dixon and Geron that did the trick.

What happened to the JMS thread about attendance?

Why don't all the Fans who want him gone start a petition. It worked with Cuonzo.

How about some predictions for this stat next year.

I wouldn't mind some weatherman threads a la Mem.

That really is a poor record: 6-21. Making matters worse is the fact that 12 of the 21 losses were double-digit. i am not bashing anyone, but a program that thinks of itself as higher-level has got to do better than that.

10 15+ point blowouts < 2 years, and counting. 3 of 5 200+ RPI losses in last 36 years.

Just taking a guess...its because that Pastner is paid like a Top 20-25 Coach but it looks like he doesn't deserve to be paid as such.

This is one of the big sore spots here is that he is paid in the top 10-15 in the country but we do not get those results. This thread is simply to combat the hundreds on him being the in the Top 10 wins in his first 6 years. We all know that he beats the bad opponents and loses to anyone good and this year he has started to add the bad to the list of losses. There is also some belief that Josh is the only coach we could ever hire so we need to keep him. All so very frustrating!!!

RE: Against Ranked teams in the Pastner Era - wylioats - 03-03-2015 09:08 AM

C'mon guys. We all know that Josh will get it done in YEAR #7. Josh said himself, they better get us this year, because next year, yada, yada, yada. So stop being negative nellies and start being positive pauls. 02-13-banana

Go look at who the actual wins are against if you want to really be ill.

79.6% of the wins are against OOC donkeys or CUSA/AAC trash.

Isn't that pretty much true of most upper level programs? Does anyone know how that percentage would compare to say Gonzaga, Kansas, and maybe Florida?

Maybe OOC for some, but most upper level programs have better leagues for sure, especially better than CUSA.
