The catfish po-boy I had was good and menu prices were very reasonable. I have no idea as to how much business they are doing. Usually takes a while for things to catch on in Memphis. That place is important as a front door to the city for tourists (many of which are international) taking riverboat cruises. http://www.mississippiriverinfo.com/ RE: Tonight is the night! - bluebacker - 02-04-2015 10:31 AM Anybody remember No. 1 Beale? I have very fond memories of the place (not to mention Captain Bilbo's right up the street). It is a shame those historic old buildings were torn down. |
