SWTCC vs Motlow - HoopDreams - 01-17-2015 07:13 PM

Went to the game and only stayed for the first half.

But, the two with Tiger offers- Rivers and McGaughy played.

Rivers is a nice player, good frame, can throw it down, does a lot of little things. Kind of like Hawkins. McGaughy hit a three, which seems to be his forte.

SWTCC has a few others who look like DI players.

On a side note, they are a good team and play fast paced but can can play half court just as easy.

Also, Hawkins, Burrell, Godfrey and King were there.

I actually liked a couple of the wing players at SWTCC.

I think the best of the bunch is the guy already signed with Ole Miss for next year.

None of them are program changers obviously. But some solid role guys - I don't envision any of them starting for a high DI school.

Dropped their second game of the season to Walters State.

Big man for Walters had 13 and 11. Has offers from Tennessee and Nebrasksa.

Aren't a lot of the players now choosing junior colleges instead of prep schools??

Seems that JCs are returning and prep schools are waning because of NCAA rules.
