Both co-offensive coordinators for Babers are already bolting... seems odd.
Mattax was the OL coach (and co-OC) and Gilbert was the QB coach (and co-OC). Seems like two pretty significant losses for a couple of guys that followed Babers from EIU, and helped orchestrate that offense.
