Really good article that attacks the flaws in the decision to shut down football. Some of that I had already thought about just using some commonsense (which isn't too common) but some of the other points are really good and make you think.
I said from the beginning, this was a hunt to kill football driven by the administration.....and the board of trustees if you believe the conspiracy theories. The people who did the study were told to find us a reason to kill it. "Anything to do with potential revenue from football you need to downplay and give worse case while anything to do with other revenue (or potential loss) you need to give us best case." Sort of like government predictions on program costs!!
