Good grief. Flipped four times leads me to believe Newton had no idea how to drive a truck that tall and might have been going a little fast.

He was t-boned on the drivers side from news reports. Truck rolled and when he got out he tried to stand a couple of times then finally fell to the ground.

Word is that he has some fractures in his back. They're still in the playoff hunt so I know they don't want him out too long, but he's also the franchise quarterback. I'd just start getting ready for next year if I was Carolina. Hope he gets well soon.

If he were still in college, he probably wouldn't play until next year. This is his job now though so he may want to try to play unless doctors won't clear him.

saw the vehicle he was driving after the accident on FS1 last night...He's very fortunate after this, heard it rolled over at least 3 or 4 times...Keeping a good thought for him...
