Were they sitting all of their starters in anticipation of the championship game???

Didn't even see one play of the game, but I wouldn't read one bit into this result. BG was playing for absolutely nothing today.

I didn't see the game, but I assume they were resting players and keeping the play book very vanilla. I don't think a win would do a lot for them, where injuring a key player would make a tough MACC game even tougher. It would be nice if my assumption was wrong, and they just suck.

Considering how we've played 80% of the time in the MACC, I'd be worried about playing EMU in that game.

That's a sorry ass finish for the Falcons......let's see, as I remember they were the odds on favorite to roll thru the MAC. This team under achieved this season and NIU over achieved IMHO. I look forward to a Huskie win on Dec 5th.

Sounds like a real WMU fan over here. Remember, the Falcons lost their starting QB for the year. Like every game this year, it will be tough for the Huskies. I know they can get the W this year, though.

-we are not capable of beating a Conf opponent by more than 10 this season
-buffalo wild wings has a "make stuff crazy when NIU is in the macc" button behind the bar

Not exactly facts, but close. NIU has two wins of more than 10 in conference play. No, they haven't been great, but they win and give me indigestion in the process.
