Been extremely quiet from the la tech fans lol. I was waitimg to hear the chest beating that they beat uab by more than we did. Then ODU humbled them

About the same, but we beat ourselves against NW State with 3 turnovers in the 4th quarter on our side of the field up by 10 points. ODU earned their points and kept our offense on the sidelines. We didn't give them the game like we did NW State.

In all seriousness...it seems like your offense went the way of the dodo in the second.d half....was that due to ODU adjusting?

No, just poor execution....
- The First series was 2 dropped passes to open receivers.
- The Second series was a 7 yard loss on a sweep (no one blocked the DE) followed by a delay of game penalty.
- The Third series (at this point there is only 6 minutes left in the game) was a pass interference by ODU on 3rd and 5 that wasn't called.
- The Fourth series was an interception to a well-covered receiver... brain fart by the QB.
I think it was mostly because ODU kept the ball 24 out of 30 minutes in the 2nd half and we couldn't find a rhythm on offense.

Can we transfer ODU to the west side and keep UAB. Looks like ODU plays better in the west.

We all have our bugaboo's, UAB in B'Ham is Marshall's. We are now 8-2 vs UAB but we play like crap in Alabama.

Absolutely. We kept running Dixon over and over, never subbed him and he got worn out.
On defense we kept blitzing over and over and all ODU had to do was screen pass to single coverage for big gains.
LA Tech was stubbornly predictable on both sides of the ball.

That's a 20-point difference between the margin of victories when the game is in Huntington? That's unpossible! I read on some message boards that Marshall at home can't make a 20 point difference...

Well, Rice is 3-0 versus Alabama. Sometimes stats can be misleading.
