With all of the issues with who can broadcast this game, and with all of the money I (and many others) pay to Monarch Media, why isn't Monarch Media televising the La. Tech game?

my guess is that its on TV. maybe there is another online streaming option by the carrier of the game that will show it. just a guess.

The schedule on ODUSports.com indicates "listen live" next to the La Tech football game.

ASN had an awesome stream for the Richmond game and I hear the Paradise Jam is being streamed from their website. PJam that is.

The only games streamed on PJams site are the non televised ones I think.

Usually televised games are not allowed to be streamed. Hopefully ODU has worked out something with FOX to be able to have the game.

It sucks, but I can't blame Fox. If Cox doesn't want to pay the money to carry the network, the best thing for Fox is to create demand in an area by allowing some games to be shown and not others. They relented earlier this year, but not this time.

Monarch Media probably had to wait and see if cox could get the game before they knew if they could stream it.

Considering Monarch Media is most likely used most by the out of town folks, basing a broadcast on whether or not Cox has the game in Hampton Roads makes little sense. We pay for a product expecting all home games to be shown. Seems very busch league to not follow through with that.

I asked my pops to upgrade his Dish service to include the Hopper with Sling capability... It's badass! Can watch redskins and local coverage in my iPad. Now I waste more of my life productivity with these damn skins. !!!
