Wow. Just realized they were playing tonight. Heard on ESPN radio just now they are expecting 70 inches. 70 !!!!!!!
Might not be very conducive to pulling an upset seeing as how we can't run.

UB's campus and stadium are above the lake effect snow line and have only had a few inches of snow this week.

Early in the season I had this marked as my away conference game I would attend, but switched it to Miami of Oh last month... seeing how it was sunny and 65 for that one I have no regrets lol.
I can only hope we find a way to pull at least one conference win off this year so hopefully we can do it tonite. Reardon made some boneheaded plays last week, but the offense still looked a lot better with him under center so I'm assuming he'll get the start over Strock tonite???

I would like a win tonight but a win next week is what I am praying for. Not much better than beating Akron and keeping them from being bowl eligible!!

It would be great as it will prevent Akron from being bowl eligible.

Bad news...I'm seeing chatter from a bunch of UB sites that the game tonight has been cancelled. I have no idea why since the northtowns were not hit very hard (unless they got belted this afternoon as the snow band moved south from Niagara county).

Weather tomorrow in Buffalo up by UB is much worse. No chance for Thursday I wouldn't think. Plus KSU plays next Tuesday so the soonest they could make it up would be after Thanksgiving.

Supposedly the equipment truck couldn't get there and that caused the cancellation. Not the fact that fans or playing conditions were going to be too bad. They are exploring the option of playing tomorrow and moving the Akron game. Not sure yet what will happen.

I don't really get that. Supposedly people got to them to bring food and water but they were trapped? How about getting off the bus and leaving with those people?

Rumor has it the equipment truck did not take the roundabout route like the team. It got stuck in Lancaster. If it made it, the game would've been played.
