Is it just me, or do refs this year swallow their whistle a lot longer before blowing forward progress? I've seen time and time again backs go nowhere for 2 or 3 seconds before the OL catches up and turns it into a rugby scrum pushing from behind for more yards.

Sun Belt has pretty much always given wide latitude to the loss of forward progress rule.

That is NOT a scrum, that's a maul.
