Our old AD hired arguably the worst football coach in the history of the MAC after we won the MACC in 2010, that's what happened. Basketball wise, we've been on the decline since our peak in the 90's, hockey has taken away most of the attention in recent years.
I don't think a loss would put that much of an exclamation point honestly, it's embarrassing either way. It's far from a given, but just watching this team and how we've hung tough with a lot better teams this year, I feel like we're due for a win against a similar foe.

Miami doesn't care if they beat Umass or not. I'm sure they want to, but it's 22 instead of 21... not a big deal lol.
As for OU? I mean I guess they're sliding... but nothing too drastic. Certain fans would argue they haven't been good in the last 13 times they have played a certain school

I guess if Ohio doesn't get ranked in all the major polls for a week or two in football, then nearly make the Elite Eight in basketball, the Bobcats are slipping. Maybe our UMass friend has higher expectations for Ohio than Kit-Kat!

Beat Buffalo or CMU and I'll take it back. From winning a bowl game to being in a bowl game to not being a bowl game is possible.
