UAB Football Small Group - 13-10 - 09-07-2014 01:12 PM
-We have a football team. It seems like it has been over a decade since I have been able to say that.
-The Alabama A&M has been designated as a Faith and Family day. I decided to start a small group for UAB fans. Our first meeting will be at Legion Field before the game. If you want to attend call me on my cell at 913-3954 my name is Brad Ray. It is also on Church of the Highlands,small group site.

I think that's great, but the kids who've put on that jersey over the last 10 years are going to be startled to find that they weren't football teams.

-That is correct it was a poor choice of words. No disrespect to the players. It would be amazing to see what this coach would have done with other players. Our new slogan "Knowledge that will change your world." We may change it to "Coach Clark has changed
your football."

I think we have all prayed individually and as a group (when in legion field). Small groups aren't necessarily about prayer.
