The guy was right but he could have handled it better. The cops are trying to find a criminal that someone said ran into his apartment.

No, the cop just said that. Doesn't mean it is true. If it were true in fact the cop could have searched under exigent circumstances. But he didn't so I say he's lying. Also saying I'm gonna drag you out is supremely douchey.

I have almost turned 180 degrees in my views.
In my more naive days, I was of the "if you haven't done anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about." Today, (and I say this with the due disgust and disappointment it deserves,) that for the vast, vast majority of Americans you should proceed with caution when dealing with the police.
I hate that I have to write that.

Interesting that the one cop says "Neighbors said he came here". So, the cop will take the neighbors' word for it, but not this guy's.

My favorite thing about this video is that when they asked him reasonable questions or requests he did it. When they were BSing he got right on them.

I have the utmost respect for law enforcement but only when it's done properly. When they resort to heavy handed tactics and intimidation like this they lose any expectation of respect.
