Great job by the students. I wonder how student capacity at PBS compares with Nippert. You would think with a 65,000 seat stadium (yeah I know we arent using the upper level) as many students that want to go we'd find room for them

@nheld For consistency, 3k season/3k individual policy remains. We have ability to expand that for this season. 8k is prob solid estimate.

I don't get this. Why limit the number of student tickets this year? UC won't sell out a single game so why not just let every student in that wants to go.

I don't get this. Why limit the number of student tickets this year? UC won't sell out a single game so why not just let every student in that wants to go.
They're not using the whole upper deck, and they're probably worried about student attendance. That number will fill the entire north end zone section just as it has every other time we've been in Paul Brown. I'm fairly certain that they'll have overflow in the other end zone if necessary.

I think UC would want to keep the same policy in place so students don't get upset when they move back to Nippert. I am sure UC will sell tickets to students at discounted rate once the allotment is sold.

That's reaching. Why would anyone get upset that it would become harder to get student tickets back at the nip? It's a pretty straightforward concept, i can't imagine anyone throwing a fit about it.

If Toledo beats Mizzou there will probably be a huge turnout.If you watched last year's game you know they'll have a decent chance in the Glass Bowl.

In 2011, students ate up tickets for the UL and WV games, but then didnt show up.
I think if there is huge student demand, they will make more available or just make them buy general tickets ( still not expensive). That way, we arent giving away too many seats that maybe could be sold to walk up crowds.
