US Open Cup, It just doesn't have the pageantry of the FA Cup though. Generally its poorly attended by MLS fans, and well attended by NASL sides. It's not a blind draw like the FA Cup, so it's a lot harder for a team to advance.
Winner gets a Concacaf Champions League berth though.
