What I DON'T like are the blue sparkle princess helmets that are all glittery. They would have looked much better in flat black (don't tell GA)...

I actually agree with you. If we aren't going to wear MEMPHIS colors, we might as well at least wear helmets that LOOK good (which lets out sparkly Nike blue). Flat DARK blue (see our baseball batting helmets) or flat medium gray would look very good (as I have told UofM officials many times), but would take more vision and respect for tradition than our athletic department is apparently capable of.

GA, I was at the book store this morning. There was little to none of your PMS 280 shade being sold there. I think you should go and picket. I don't think the school is taking you seriously and the only way to be taken seriously is to picket right? Maybe you should go and stand in the middle of highland with a sign, PMS 280 or bust. Or maybe you can open a store and go forth throughout the land collecting the magical shade of your PMS and sell it to all of the good boys and girls, Tiger gear at a fair price and quality that has passed your inspection for the correct shade of PMS. I recently read that there are at least 50 shades of PMS GA, are you sure yours is 280?

Since then we have had several different jersey combinations for both Football and Basketball, I would assume that has something to do with a new contract. And given that Willie Gregory and Penny are both close to the school, we will remain a Nike school for quite some time.

Is the football team and basketball team on the same contract? The basketball team started wearing Nike jerseys in 2009, but I just noticed a picture of DeAngelo wearing a Nike jersey and his last year was 2005.
