And yes, there's 14 teams, so we'll call it a C-USA Dozen.
Pick a beer brewed in your town, or at least within a reasonable drive, to represent your school. It should be one from a company based in your area, not just one that has a brewery there.
My pick for ODU: Smartmouth Rule G IPA.

Smartmouth has a lot of good beers, and I prefer the Cowcatcher milk stout myself, but this is probably their signature brew. Honorable mention: O'Connor Great Dismal Black IPA.

For Charlotte, it has to be NoDa Hop Drop & Roll.
Took #1 in the world in the IPA category (most crowded category) at the World Beer Cup earlier this year.

My second pick would be Olde Mecklenburg Copper. Olde Meck does traditional German style beers and does them very well.

Give me a few weeks to become legal to consume alcohol in the eyes of the government and I'll let you all know about my favorite 757 beer. On my list to visit first: St. George's, O'Conner, and Smartmouth.
On an unrelated note, I'm really pulling for Stone Brewery to make a location in Norfolk....

NOPE NOPE NOPE, stay away, I want them in Charlotte
I think it might go to a tourist city like Myrtle Beach or Charleston though. The tourism industry and the fact that South Carolina is ready and willing to drop its pants to get any jobs (even jobs that aren't well paying) at a moments notice will give them a leg up.

Norfolk's big sell point is the harbor and the ease of moving product via it. I thought today was going to be the announcement, but instead it was to unveil plans for their brewery in Berlin.

Greensboro.I've lived here my whole life and never had a reason to go there. It's just sort of the forgotten wasteland between the Triangle and Charlotte.
You bring up a good point with moving product. That is one area where Ohio also has an advantage. 50% of the U.S. population lives within 600 miles of central Ohio.

Good People Brown Ale would be the one I make everyone try. The problem is their in house taproom closes at 10 PM. Basically every bar in town now has their stuff on tap: Good People Brown, IPA, and either their Snake Handler or coffee stout.
Avondale is also a good choice locally. I'm not as familiar with their beer but haven't found one that is bad.

Sounds like ODU has its beer picked already (and I like it more than Rule G myself; I was trying to guess what the most accessible beer would be).

Don't get me wrong, thrilled to have a microbrewery in the Boro, but far better beer is brewed a stone's throw up 24 at Blackstone and Yazoo.

For UTSA I would have to go with Shiner.
Unless some of my UTSA brothers come up with something better.
One of my favorite beers is the Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale. I am still trying to find out if they sell it down here in Houston.

They started distributing in Virginia a few months ago. Haven't found the ale but grabbed a four-pack of the stout that was most excellent, if not quite as good as the ale.
Looks like no distributors in Houston proper, but a couple to the west?

Shiner is a known beer, but if y'all want something more local, I would have to go with La Muerta from Freetail. The owner is also a UTSA Alumni.

Shiner is damn overrated. ..
Denton has armadillo brewery...not a huge fan of theirs...they have a farmhouse ale (wheaty), a porter, and a brunch money brew...not a huge fan, but it's Denton's most known brew
