You have some great pitchers. Thursday night ECU's Hoffman K ed 16 for a 1-0 win or your pitcher would have won that game as well as he pitched. 2nd game had no answer against your pitcher. 3rd game a bad break on a couple of your pitches. We got lucky to take the Series.

Pretty much sums up the season. When we pitch well we don't hit. When we hit we don't pitch well. End result is a team that's below .500 and right at .500 in conference.
We've only had back-to-back losing seasons one time over the past 40+ years. This is going to be the second time it's happened. Well, technically we were 28-28 last year but at Middle Tennessee that's a losing season given our history. While we're not Rice there is a proud history and tradition at MT in baseball.

If Middle Tennessee would have had any type of offense this season we could have been dangerous.
