yeah..he and Kennedy are friends.
This is a sign of desperation for Kennedy...a lot of coaches do something like this to gain an extra year with their job without being fired themselves.

He went from one top assistant job to another...I dunno what his humility level is these days....but it would seem to be an insult.
Second, if Pastner DID take him back...and made him his 2nd in command again...would someone else on our staff take offense and want to leave?

That is what I was hinting at.
I was thinking more along the lines of landing at Memphis for a season, maybe two, while he waits for another position to open up...
Collins, Kirby, and Cyprien would be a great staff. (even if only for a year or so)
