"Luck said in the future WVU will have to face a schedule that presents a challenge each week — a la the NFL. Toward that end, he’s whittled down a previously announced series with East Carolina and is finalizing a neutral-site game against Tennessee in Charlotte, N.C."
The two signed to play for several years home and home. Then WV began to change their minds (Maybe 9 game B12 schedule)and only wanted home buy games (hell no) or move our home games to charlotte (another hell no) So both parties appeared to settle on 1 home and home
WV and Tennessee Both Covet NC recruiting grounds (Tennessee signed several NC players the last few years)
Not much love loss between the two school as of recently. At one time the two schools and fans had a better relationship, but its hard to ignore their constant berating of ECU.

this is not a ECUs fault. It is an ongoing trend that the p5 will have to deal with for now on.

It's really absurd Dana would say that...considering he was fighting for the "same prize" while coaching at UH.

I completely understand where they're coming from. Gotta get that schedule beefed up so they're prepared for Kansas next time. Don't sleep on Kansas.

Yeah he said some other things about marshall, older quote maybe last year. Its funny though Marshall Beats maryland in bowl game (wv stays home), ECU hammer UNC
WV with 9 B12 games might wanna ease up on OOC or they will struggle to get 3 wins each year

I understand if they over committed and needed to move dates and reduce the games, But their WV, we dont need them on the schedule if its not a home&home. There is maybe 8-12 teams worth a buy if and only if its a short term solution( such as someone else backing out of a game) and WV is not one of those teams.

nc state home and home(every 3 years)
But WV GTFO with buy game, our stadium is within 85% of wv capacity, and it not a great thrill to play on the LGHN
Here is to winning 3-5 games a year

It was just announced today that WV and Tenn. are playing(attempting) in Charlotte 2018

WV needs to soften it schedule. They have been Dog Sh since joining B12. This will simply make them less a player not more.

Good article, more detailed. It appears it will work out for the both schools because we seem to have a handle on our OOC the next few years. Mainly a few fcs gaps here and there, but Its getting harder and harder to give 2 ***** for WV

They come from August of last year and are being rehashed now that the series is actually being adjusted.
