2. Wichita St (Midwest #1)
3. Louisville (Midwest #4)
4. Virginia (East #1)
5. Arizona (West #1)
6. Duke (Midwest #3)
7. Villanova (East #2)
8. Michigan (Midwest #2)
9. Iowa St (East #3)
10. Kansas (West #2)
Hmm, one of these teams is not like the others (seed wise)...
And... one of these regions is not like the others.... According to the Coaches 4 of the top 8 in the country are in the Midwest. Sounds like solid seeding to me.

Add up the rankings of the top 4 seeds in each region and you have:
Midwest: 19
East: 33
South: 46
West: 47
