I was worried they were on the bubble and needed to beat Houston. Everyone said I was crazy.

BTW I hate it that James Dickey apparently saved his job and cost SMU a bid on Thursday. What a waste.

Hell! Hoping for more than 1 NIT game at Moody. If the NCAA Tournament selection committee can explain away SMU not making the "Big Dance. They damn well can't explain away SMU not being a top seed for the NIT

I feel sick for those players and all of SMU nation. Total screw job by the committee not just for SMU but all of the AAC.

Wonder if SMU will get many home dates? The NIT does NOT seed according to resume, they try to sell tickets. Major conference teams that can sell large arenas get home dates but hopefully SMU gets at least 1 home game.

If they want sellouts, they will give SMU a lot of home dates
