Yeah. Saw one in person one time. Very rare. Essentially on a conversion attempt, the offense somehow must turn the ball over with it being recovered by the defense in the field of play and then the recovering team must be brought down in the end zone for a safety. Counts as one point, as on a conversion attempt touchdowns are worth two points and field goals and safeties are worth one point.
