The word was it was going to be handled by the remaining staff and a permanent replacement would not come until after the season. Expect it to be a by committee effort for the season.

Sailed. He has a job elsewhere.
But we have 4 or 5 full time S&C coaches on the university payroll. As posted above, they will cover BB duties until a hire is made in the off season.

I met a guy that is new to the s&c staff that works with Women's Soccer and (not sure the other sports)....He came from Eastern Washington I believe...Top notch up and comer in the business. More than capable and already in house.

I think only the best of the best or the worst of the worst truly make a difference making impact. Ray Oliver was one of the best in the business, but when we had the most injuries while he was here. It's very difficult to measure the impact.

I don't know, if the life changer couldn't get the guys to follow his brown rice and goat cheese diet I'm not sure we would have much success getting them to eat spinach only.

Gannon Baker has never worked as an S&C coach. He doesn't even appear to have any S&C background.

He'd have our players lifting tons of tennis and basketballs. Hard to get swoll throwing around tennis balls.

Looks like he doesn't skip leg day but he does skip bicep/tricep day. Tho the huge forearms might be better for blocks...
