From yesterday's Houston Chronicle, JR Gonzales Blog Bayou City History (one of the few really good things in Chronicle these days), had this story.

Thought it might be interesting to see other Memphis-Houston connections.
One negative one was the involvement of longtime Astrodomain exec Sydney Shlenker with the white elephant Pyramid in Memphis.
