ESPN College Bowl Mania Confidence Game - Rice Group - texd - 12-14-2013 03:05 AM

So I was going to create a group for the Parliament for the ESPN Bowl Mania Confidence Game, but then I noticed that there already exists a Rice Fans group which has 82 members of at present. I just went ahead and joined that group and thought I'd post it here.

Looking at the default Rice group, while it appears there are Rice fans in there (and even some MPs in there), it also looks like there might be random people in there that were just looking for a small group to join.

Therefore I've also created a group just for the Parliament. It's a private group and thus requires a password: "Bailiff" (capitalized as shown)

Rice Parliament Private Group -- Password: Bailiff

One note about this: Even though it allows you to name your picks separately, it still shows your ESPN login name along with your picks. So if you are trying to keep your real-life ID separate from your Parliament ID, you'll want to name your picks accordingly. For example, if your name is John Smith and your ESPN login is "johnsmith1234," but your parliament ID is "secretidentity," then you'll want to name your team something besides "secretidentity" because it will appear on the scoreboard as:

Entry, Owner
secretidentity, johnsmith1234

Meantto bump this before today' games, but Christmas preparations intervened. Anyway, I hadn't planned it this way, but apparently I picked today's games as fairly low confidence (1, 3, 4, and 8) which is good for me so far since I missed CSU and USC.
