Michigan was a pre-season #8, while Florida was #12.

Still Michigan will go to a bowl, so I'd give Florida the award for collapse of the year.

I'd throw a 1 win UConn in there for discussion for #2. I think Florida is the biggest disappointment.

Objective preference: Florida or Oregon.

TCU was one of the Big 12 favorites.

Like Louisville and BC in recent years, UConn has bottomed-out due to a bad coaching hire. Hopefully we can bounce back like they've done.

Failure is not something UConn is accustomed to on the playing field, court, etc. It's not fun.
