I've watched this like 30 times

One of the top recruits was making his announcement and accidentally picked up the Illinois hat before putting on a Kansas hat.





There is so much gold on this including the little dark guy grabbing his buddy's hand.

This reminds me of the Isaac Hamilton situation at UTEP. We thought for sure he'd be coming to El Paso but UTEP and UTEP fans got screwed out in the end.

Unfortunately, Illinois fans are not like UNC. Illinois has a difficult time keeping players home. Duke, Notre Dame, Kansas, etc... build their teams on Chicago players. If Illinois can ever find a way to keep players home, they will be incredible.

"The little dark guy" just sounds bad. I would have probably just left out the part about "little" and probably the "dark" part as well.

Probably not the best way to describe someone but honestly he does have a dark complexion and is small in stature. I really do not see the problem. Probably better than assuming his heritage and calling him something that he is not.

Eh, could have just said the guy in the front row of the guy in the lower left, but whatever. Probably not a big deal... I had just gotten out of my state mandated harassment training session when I first read this thread.
