Toledo 34- buffalo 23

RE: Predictions - falconplucker - 11-12-2013 06:36 AM

1) I predict it will be cold. The Lord picked a great week to grace me with my first ever/free press box tickets!

2) I predict this will be an ugly game that will grind on until the end. I have a bad feeling about this game, but will say UT 24 Bulls 21.

3) Attendance will struggle around 8,000-10,000.

RE: Predictions - H2Oville Rocket - 11-12-2013 07:04 AM

Rockets 28
Bulls 17

I predict many students leave at half

RE: Predictions - rockytop - 11-12-2013 07:44 AM

UT wins 30-13. The young Rockets are growing up.

RE: Predictions - toledo1 - 11-12-2013 07:49 AM

UT 28 UB 14, Rockets win in 2nd half, too much run game. I hope we get 10,000. One thing about a young coach they are in tune with teams emotional state... we come out ready.

RE: Predictions - T-Town - 11-12-2013 07:59 AM

1) First home game of the season where there is a 100% guarantee of no rain or threat of rain.

2) The "peaking at the right time" hypothesis will be tested.

3)This is a game the Rockets absolutely must win and I think they will.

RE: Predictions - Rocket_Fanatic - 11-12-2013 08:11 AM

Doesn't sound like Flu will contribute much tonight. Even though Hunt has played well, this is a concern. I still think we win 27-21

RE: Predictions - bcunn3128 - 11-12-2013 08:19 AM

I think Buffalo is for real. This will be a tough game. Hope we come out on top. I think whichever team plays their best/most complete game of the season so far tonight will win--I don't think either are that good that they can make more than a mistake or two and still beat the other--maybe against EMU and WMU, but not against each other.

RE: Predictions - H2Oville Rocket - 11-12-2013 08:45 AM

Buffalo has yet to be tested. They beat a middling team from the East for their signature win. That team would be fifth in the West. Not sure how good they are but their record is deceiving.

RE: Predictions - KingBob - 11-12-2013 09:54 AM

I predict I will be drunk

RE: Predictions - inductchuck16 - 11-12-2013 10:32 AM

Buffalo is pretty good this year. That beating they put on Ohio makes that statement true. You all keep saying around 10,000 people, I surely hope not as that is very embarrassing especially on national TV.

Rockets better come fired up and ready to play.

we just need all 10,000 to sit on the east side and it will look great on tv!

RE: Predictions - Rocket_Tree - 11-12-2013 12:23 PM

I think this is going to be a grind it out, ball control game. The difference is the Rocket passing game. If they play to their potential, the rockets win by 2 TDs. If not, I think you're looking at a 3 point game. Obviously, if the recieving corps step up the rockets win. If not, I think Toledo get the go a head score on the foot of Detmer. 24 - 21 T-O-L-E-D-O!

RE: Predictions - T4C8 - 11-12-2013 12:25 PM

Rockets win by 2 scores!

RE: Predictions - 42 of Blue Crew - 11-12-2013 12:58 PM

31-28 Toledo.

If they announce tickets sold I think it will be well above 10,000. If it an actual headcount I think it should still be well above 10,000 because this is an important game---but given the way things have gone this season, you never know for sure.

In fact it is pathetic that we are even reduced to talking about 10,000 when the product on the field should merit a sell out for a big game such as this. Definitely not the best way to advertise yourself to that potentially "better conference" that everyone is always talking about.

RE: Predictions - UofToledoFans - 11-12-2013 01:26 PM

Ball state had 9k for their last game.... So I am defiantly hoping a better turnout than that. We will announce a decent number, we always do. 15,800

RE: Predictions - bsufan2011 - 11-12-2013 01:31 PM

I think UT will win by 3 points. UB is pretty good, but I'll be pulling for UT the whole time. Good luck guys! 04-cheers

RE: Predictions - KingBob - 11-12-2013 02:26 PM

Thermal socks and long johns. I use to take in dualing wineskins filled with Brandy or Crown. A couple of hot chocolates and I could survive any cold weather.
