C-USA should invite USF, UCONN and Cincy, makes sense to me, they could write their own tickets and after they leave the other will follow.
Ok Its kinda a joke, but....

If that happens, UAB will definitely be in the Sun Belt.

Boise State stays with Mountain West; Big East dead?

http://www.cbssports.com/collegefootball/blog/dennis-dodd/21479075/boise-state-stays-with-mountain-west-big-east-dead

"The wobblin', toddlin' Big East was only as good as Boise State's presence. Now the league is looking for its next savior. Or at least a school that can draw more eyes than flies."

As far as the Big East is concerned, one source said that as long as SMU and Houston are still in the fold, the conference still could get some kind of rights fees. But don't be surprised if both schools join the MWC if there is no viable Big East.

“I think the Big East is done,” said a source close to the Boise deal. “How are they not done? They can't get a TV deal done for any revenue. There are schools publicly looking to leave. Big East schools are running from something, not to something. Their most valuable asset is exit fees.”

I already said what was going to happen in another thread.

The most sensible reply in the comments section (but what does sensible have to do with anything?):

"Didn't we learn anything from the WAC and Conference USA? When you add schools that are hundreds of miles apart, have no geographic rivalry, and have mediocre programs it brings down the Conference. UTEP had nothing in common with East Carolina. La. Tech and Fresno State weren't ever rivals. There are enough schools in the South that could make a decent Conference: La Tech, LA Lafayette, Tulane, Central Florida, South Florida, Troy, East Carolina, Arkansas State, Western Kentucky, UAB, and Middle Tennessee."

Big East = Dead man walking. Hospice has been called in to make their last days comfortable.

Why would we leave C-USA? The school that may get screwed in all of this is USF.

Quote:The school that may get screwed in all of this is USF.

So you're saying there's empirical proof of a just and righteous God?
