Larger schools are obviously going to have a larger volume of students studying abroad, so without correcting for % of students studying abroad, here are the rankings:

- New York University
- Mich State
- Minnesota
- UCLA
- Texas
- USC
- Indiana
- Penn
- Wisconsin
- Washington
- Penn State
- Georgia
- Florida
- Ohio State
- Maryland
- Michigan
- Boston University
- Illinois
- Miami (FL)
- BYU

I'm surprised at the poor showing among ACC schools.

No surprise that NYU is at the top of the list. Its a borderline requirement for graduating there.
