He tweeted that his championhip game vs Hoover is tonight. I won't get to town in time, but it might be nice to have some UAB fans at the game cheering him on.

I don't know any details of when and where, but shouldn't be hard to find.

Some of you guys go out and show him some UAB love

I always thought it would be a great idea for us to attend a few recruit's games wearing UAB gear. I know they would appreciate the support.

Very true, however I also believe there is a point where you need to stay back a little.

When I see the obsessive stuff going on to the west, it is something I don't want any part of.

I don't think going to a high school game of a player who has signed is obsessive.

I agree. This issue with that program to the west was that this was a recruit that they were going after.

That is where I would draw the line.

Yes, attending games of players who have not signed is too much in my opinion. But I see nothing wrong with supporting a player who has already signed.

Nothing wrong with attending. We are not Turd supporters and our fans do not stoop to those levels.

Attending the game of someone who has not signed is fine, as long as you're just watching the game while wearing UAB gear. Pestering the kid or his family is quite another thing.
