- GDawgs88 - 04-17-2005 12:27 PM Figured this was as good a time as any to start a football prediction thread. Boise State - They could be even better than last year, but they've never playing in an atmosphere quite like Sanford Stadium. 1-0. South Carolina - Just the fact that they have Spurrier on the sideline makes this one a must see. Sanford Stadium will be rockin', and the Dawgs should be able to defend their house. 2-0, 1-0. UL-Monroe - Come on. 3-0, 1-0. @ Miss. State - In Starkville, they just may have enough to give us a run. But probably not. 4-0, 2-0. @ Tennessee - The Vols ended UGA's national title hopes last year in snapping a 4-game skid to the Dawgs, and they should make it two straight this year. 4-1, 2-1. Arkansas - No Matt Jones, no homefield advantage, no win for the Hogs. 5-1, 3-1. @ Vanderbit - Dawgs make it 11 straight over the 'Dores. 6-1, 4-1. Florida - I don't think we'll lose to both UT and the Gators, and now that the dreaded monkey is off our backs, we should play much looser. 7-1, 5-1. Kentucky - We won 62-17 last year. It could be just as bad this year. 8-1, 6-1. Auburn - Similar to LSU last year, they just lost too much to win at our place. 9-1, 7-1. @ Georgia Tech - Probably our toughest OOC game, we still have more talent, but it won't be as easy as we've made it look lately. Be carful here. 10-1, 7-1. |
