Noticed his name not on the roster a couple weeks ago. Thought he was redshirting or something weird

Not surprising.
You never know when you're going to get your chance (Kuhn in '10), but the outlook for playing time didn't look good for Kris. Best of luck Kris!

He would've been backup to Slubowski next season. Should he have redshirted, he would've had 3 years of eligibility left, or two years if he didnt.
