Supreme court - T-Monay820 - 04-02-2012 07:58 PM

For someone who's following the Obamacare hearings even slightly more closely than me, what all is happening as far as proceedings? I don't care about opinions, but rather procedural stuff? How long are they suppose to take? How far have they gotten? What's happening now?

We are now just waiting for them to announce their decision sometime late in June or early July.

They've actually probably already voted and made their decision and we're just waiting on their opinions justifying it.

The oral arguments are over but the amount of time allotted was on a par with big decisions in SCOTUS history like Roe vs Wade, Brown vs Bd of Ed, etc. So, the court realizes the seriousness of this issue and the potential for it to change the country in a fundamental way.
