Black Eyed Peas last year was terrible... didn't think that would be topped for suckyness... but this somehow did... SMH

This year's lip synching level of suckitude is MUCH LESS than last year's disjointed, out of tune, boring, LED display of a show from BEP.

It was probably as good as a halftime show could get.

Thing is I really don't know which show was worse... Fergie was horrific, which is surprising because she's actually a half decent singer. And tonight's show just seemed off w/ the Lip Singing and the terrible dancing. And tonight would've been better off w/out LMFAO and Nicky Manij.

I think a Stone Temple Pilots or Alice n Chains would be a nice generational gap bands. Or even one of those plus Garth Brooks and a rapper like Nas or something.

Yep, I guess I can't have a different opinion on music than you. 01-wingedeagle I, personally, would take the B.E.P.'s everyday over Madonna. I'm getting tired of this oldies crap with Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, Madonna, etc.

Yep, I guess I can't have a different opinion on music than you. 01-wingedeagle I, personally, would take the B.E.P.'s everyday over Madonna. I'm getting tired of this oldies crap with Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen, Madonna, etc.

You must be deaf in order to have enjoyed last year's off-pitch, piecemeal attempt at entertainment. I don't think you remember how horrible it was.

All I know is that I liked it. I don't give a f*** if you hated it or liked that garbage they had this year.

I think they can put on good shows in the future. I'm also tired of over the hill acts, but also thinks new acts suck. But there are still 90's acts that can put on good shows.

Madona did Vouge AND Like a Prayer which were two of her more controversial videos. I thought the "Gods" spectacle was ok...

I've always kind of like "Like a prayer" as a song, which is notable in the sense that I don't like Madonna as a whole. Its just kind of catchy. But when they opened tonight, I thought I was watching the VMAs from the 90s or something.

They need to either make it something closer to a concert (I don't remember details, but I think the Springsteen one was moving in a right direction), or do something themed rather than get some random last minute artist (the Disney one from 2000 always stuck in my head for some reason, though again, can't remember how good it actually was, but it was themed pretty heavily).

and seriously, if anyone thought the Black Eyed Peas were good last year, then you are tone deaf. Glad some of you enjoyed listening to Fergie screaming for 20 minutes, because that's what it was.

The Black Eyed Peas are worse than Rebecca Black. Their recorded music is autotuned to no end, and then when they get on stage live, we find out why. They really really really suck live.

Last night wasn't much better however.

When will the SuperBowl executives wise up and start getting young/new acts to be headliners. Not some retried has been group that toasts with fiber drinks.
