Idea Borrowed from the CUSA board

Tell us your OOC schedule (who, home/away, your prediction) if fans of other conferences want to join in--go ahead

I'll start:

Buffalo (2nd game of the season)--Home we'll win easily in hot, toasty Dome with ESPN+Gameplan

Virginia --Home (TV predicted but I haven't heard who covers it yet) Third game of the season, Can Al Groh mesh all of his HS AA's or will they fall prey to the Orange playing better under a new coach. The Dome advantage makes this game a tossup. Too close to call.

at Florida State (Oct)-- a predicted Noon or 3:30pm kickoff for TV (ABC/ESPN) will yield a hot, humid day for the Orange. Seminoles remember last year's near defeat to the Orange. They (FSU) pull away in 2nd half and win by 17 points

at Notre Dame (late Nov)--mid afternoon kickoff, NBC TV Orange killed ND in the Dome in 2003. ND wins this one as they become a surprise team in '05 under Weis. By about 10 points

Sep. 3rd, 2005 Eastern Michigan TBA
Sep. 10th, 2005 at Penn State TBA
Sep. 17th, 2005 Western Carolina TBA
Sep. 24th, 2005 at Miami (OH) TBA

UC should take care of Eastern Michigan and Western Carolina
UC will have a very young team so all away games will be tough, especially early in the season. I can see UC losing both these away games, but since I hate Miami (oh) UC should go 3-1

UC will be young but we should have an excellent core of running backs. They have 7 QB's on the roster and I think one of them should at least be pretty good.

At first I did not like our OOC schedule but with all the new players it is probably best that it turned out this way.

I actually like UC's chances against Penn State. If UC can sweep their OOC we could conceivably creep into the Top 25, at least the Top 35.
