INSIDE THE BIG EAST TELEVISION SHOW TO MAKE 2005-06 DEBUT ON SEPT. 10
The half-hour program, which is driven by features on BIG EAST student-athletes, will make its 2005-06 debut on Saturday, Sept. 10.

NEW YORK - The BIG EAST Conference, in conjunction with Worldwide Marketing and Media Group, begins the second year of its weekly television show, "Inside The BIG EAST."

The half-hour program, which is driven by features on BIG EAST student-athletes, will make its 2005-06 debut on Saturday, Sept. 10. Dave Sims is back for his second year as the show's host.

The show will be telecast on numerous regional cable networks throughout BIG EAST markets as well as nationally on CSTV. To date, Inside The BIG EAST has been cleared on CSTV, the MSG Network in New York, Comcast SportsNet Chicago, Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia, Comcast Detroit, Fox Sports Pittsburgh, Cox Sports Television of Rhode Island, WXIX in Cincinnati, WHAS in Louisville and WVFX in West Virginia. Worldwide Marketing and Media Group (WMMG) is a sports and lifestyle marketing and media firm in New York City. WMMG is a leading supplier of packaged sports programming.

That's good news.

I'm not sure 3:00 PM on a Sunday is a great time for the show here in Cincinnati - it will have to compete against pro games in the afternoon.

A better time would be just before or after the Mark Dantonio show which is on 11:30 AM Sunday morning.
