Valdas Vasylius, 25, one of Old Dominion's best recent basketball players, has become a top pro in his native Lithuania. This season, playing for the Klaipeda Neptunas team, he averaged 17.1 points in 18 Baltic league games. The rugged, 6-foot-7, 210-pound forward shot 55 percent (111-for-199) from the field, including 49 percent (33-of-67) from 3-point range, and played more than 28 minutes per contest in helping his squad finish well above .500.
