Probably Levi Waktins because he suffered a season ending knee injury in the Maryland game(First ACC game for NC State). I know a lot of people want to see if he has fully recovered from the injury. Reports say that Levi went through a successful reconstructive surgery. Watkins will be ready to go and will have a great season for the Pack.
