Was on the radio, complaining bitterly about the security measures in DC.

So, the radio host (this is the mainstream channel remember) confronted her and asked, "Well, what would you do differently?"

Holmes- "Uhm, well. Look, I'm on the Homeland Security Council, I'm not against security. I just think there has been a lack of creativity. We can't take these draconian measures. Remember there are real people living in DC."

Blah, blah, blah. So she had no different ideas, DESPITE being on the council that creates these plans, but felt free to complain anyway. (That's pretty much the Democrats' platform.) Most importantly, she used the word, "draconian" which proves she's smart and a great representative of Washington DC.

I don't think "creativity" should be a criteria. Effectiveness should be the only measure.
