Game time will be 7 pm.

We go into the tournament with one of the best records of any team in the tournament. Our position is the #2 position, though they do not # them.

Come out and cheer on our Lady Jags!!!! 03-cool :D

I like it....we get to host a major conference team with a recognizable name that we can beat. The yokels in Mobile would respect a win over a mediocre FSU team a lot more than they would a much better mid-major team, like MTSU.

They not have a great record, but they did beat Duke.

According to the fellows on WNSP this morning, they are a considerably taller team roster wise. Don't know what the starting combo is, but it may be entertaining if they can't move very well.
Go Jags!

the jags have faced tall teams with good luck so far this year.

usa will need gv delk to play a great game and some of the big girls of the bench to step up and provide quality defense and rebounding in their minutes. the other key is shooting...if the jags can hit baskets, they should win. the shooting killed them in denver.

personally, i think rick has a great motivational tool here. the girls let themselves down with the loss to denver. they were basically slapped in the face and told they don't belong while teams that finished eighth in the big east went to the ncaa. personally, i feel that if you don't finish in the top half of your conference, or at least have a .500 conference record, you shouldn't be in the ncaa tourney.

i also think that if you are a regular season champ in your league with 22 wins including over middle of the pack teams from the bigger leagues and a two point loss to a no. 3 seed, you belong in....

well, if usa wins a couple of games here, it will justify that fact.

lets hope the jags can do it.
