BOCA RATON — Florida Atlantic players didn't complain when coach Howard Schnellenberger made them run wind sprints after a two-hour practice this week.
This time the Owls were almost eager to take part in the obligatory "gassers."
In Saturday's 35-28 overtime victory against Hawaii, the Owls saw just how valuable that conditioning can be.
