I just wanted to post some basic predictions before the SBC tourny starts up, so heres my picks for the first day of the tourny
UL (#1) Will SMASH WKU(#8) by more than 5 runs to start the tourny, revenge for a bad call and them starting a pitcher on short rest vs us starting a completely fresh salazar.
USA (#2) Does a similar job on UNO(#7), but they keep it kinda close till late, pull away big
FIU (#3) gets upset in the first round by a good ASU (#6) team behind the strength of a complete game by Fowler
MT (#4) finishes off the day dispensing of NMSU (#5), but it will be close all the way though. I still like MT hitters more than NMSU, not to mention MT has been red hot lately, look for them to make a push in the tourny.

Here's what I think will happen on day 1:
NMSU shocks MT
USA breezes past UNO
FIU has a little trouble with ASU, but pulls out the victory
UL crushes WKU
