Bama faithful have now got to be livid. The kid behind the supposed slave trading in memphis is now officially ineligible to play due to not meeting minimum academic requirements. Was probation, bowl loss, money lost, and schollys lost worth it over this kid.

Not meant as flame meant as a serious question.

I think it sends a warning to other teams about the cautions of recruiting players nowadays.

Think about Georgia, they've lost 12 guys already...I know Richt will be more careful.

Well, that pretty much sucks that he's ineligible........but things need to change and maybe this will be the example for all of the SEC. No player is worth all the sanctions the team/University has received.

It sucks when a player is ineligible but i think it's always worth while to recruit someone especially if you are in need or something at the position.
