How many football games will you attend this year??? - ShoreBuc - 04-21-2006 07:52 AM

I am hoping to get to the NAVY, WVU, UVA, UCF and possibly NCST games. Usually I am lucky to get to two games but with this years schedule I am going to push for 4 and pray for 5.

I'm at 7 right now - all the home games + the Moo U game.

The future wife didn't say yes to the UCF game, but she didn't say no. Shorebuc, can I borrow some chapstick? I'm gonna need a large supply due to all the butt-kissin' I'm gonna be doing from now until November.

And Lethemeul, I had a 03-idea . For your wedding ask for 2 round trip tickets to Orlando.

I buy chapstick in bulk so I can definitely loan you some ;-) I have found in six years of marriage that if you do a lot of little things throughout the year you build up capital to ask for the road trips. Also be proactive with but kissing at least a month before you ask for what you want that way you dont look too obvious when groveling :ncaabbs:

Already doing that, kinda. We're going to the Keys for our honeymoon.

I'm actually gonna do a whole, whole lot of little things starting...now, basically. I know how to work the old lady, I've just got to get the ball rolling.

We're planning to see a little bit of most, if not all of the islands (right now, I have a feeling we'll do more sitting around and ;-) when we're actually there than she's thinking ATM). We're gonna be staying in Key West at the Best Western Royal Ambassador.

Nah, you don't have to do any of that...just take your Biblical role and make her follow!

Wah? No honey, I am not typing on the computer...No, I'm sorry honey, I didn't...No, Honey, I'm Sorry, Yes I am....No, don't ....I'm Sorry. 01-lauramac2

You are gonna trip out when you see Key West's little airport. Think something you would see in a third world country. Two words for ya...Topless Beaches (filled with butchy lesbians).

We're driving there.

Hrm...now I gotta figure out how to get to one of those and not spend so much capital that I can't get to Orlando in Nov...

Seriously? Are you crazy? Driving through FL on your honeymoon is a quick ticket to divorce court!

Also, do you know how long the drive is?

- PirateTreasureNC - 04-21-2006 10:12 AM

<= 3 home games... depends more so on game times than anything else since I am a workign stiff and can't get that many Satrudays off off back to back. And I really want to go to @ Navy.

Yeah, I know it's a hella long drive, but we do hella long drives together on a fairly regular basis. We're gonna split it up over 2 days, too. It'll be aight.

What are the bad spots and when are they the worst?

In FL, starts North of Jacksonville and continues at least to Daytona (that is as far south as I have been on 95), and they could be backed up at any time.

Mongo,
I gotta ask you, even with season tickets would you attend the Rutgirls and Furman games??? If so that is a true fan.

As for the ECU vs NCST game..dont worry about tickets. Some state fan will be behind on his mobile home payments and need to sell his tickets to the game.
